Safe, Strong, & Healthy Schools

In Spring 2021, we debuted Safe, Strong, & Healthy Schools—a conversation series that explored the impacts of COVID-19 on schools and on child health. You can view Seasons One and Two on our SSHS archive page, though please keep in mind that the series was filmed in spring and summer 2021, which means that the content may no longer be relevant or accurate.
In Season 3—beginning in November 2021—we’ll continue to explore the known science and impacts of Covid-19 on schools and child health through presentations of the most up-to-date scientific evidence, conversations about best practices in schools, and question/answer sessions led by doctors and experts.

The Healthy Kids Collaborative is thrilled to continue its partnership with the University of Wisconsin Department of Pediatrics and other partners across the state to provide continued support and guidance to school communities like yours as the 2021-22 school year approaches. We hope that you share this resource with others in your schools and districts as we continue to navigate COVID-19 in our community.
Join us for Season 3 of this conversation series with Wisconsin doctors, educators, scientists, and leaders exploring the ways that schools and districts can build and maintain “Safe, Strong & Healthy Schools."
